powers Of Government Of Nepal To Prohibit Manufacture, Sale, distribution, Storage, Transportation, Export, Import Or Consumption Of drugs
If Government of Nepal thinks it necessary to prohibit the manufacture, sale, distribution, storage, transportation, export, import or consumption of any drug, it may, by a notification in the Nepal Gazette, issue order to prohibit the
manufacture, sale, distribution, storage, transportation, export, import or consumption of such drugs.
